All ebooks and audiobooks are instantly delivered via email using a third party–BookFunnel. Please insure that the email you’ve provided us with is valid. If you were expecting an email and didn’t recieve one, please check your spam folder or, if you use Gmail, look in your Promotions folder.
Print Products
All print books are printed and shipped by BookVault. When placing an order for print material, you must provide us with a complete–and accurate–physical address, including the name of the recipient. If your books are sent to the wrong address or wrong person due to incorrect or incomplete information, we are not liable.
Shipping times vary by country, but estimated times are provided when you are choosing your shipping method at checkout.
